Verified reviewTotally unprofessional. Wrapping looked like it had been around the block. Thankfully my order was there and I understand repackaging but this looked like a dogs diner. When I brought up the issue the issue was defensive and passive aggressive. As much as I need art supplies I did not like the passive aggression and the devalued attitude of simply not carding.

Before I look into this to make sure this doesn't happen again, could you please confirm what you mean by? "When I brought up the issue the issue was defensive and passive aggressive". Did you call our customer service team and they were passive aggressive or did you speak to someone else, eg. the person who delivered the product? If it was one of our team was it a man or woman? The reply from your company was we recycle and they could see by photos I provided and they said there was nothing wrong with the wrapping. Which is passive aggression and as the order was fulfilled there was no need to say an apology to the customer. I showed proof and they said it looked good to them. I do not have the photos . And they treated a valued customer with disrespect
