Verified reviewTheir customer service is good but as an Islander on the IOW we fell foul of the difficulty by some delivery companies to treat us fairly and we had to pay an extra £5 for postage. However the goods we received were just what we ordered and it was easy to order on their website.

Verified reviewI ordered a next day delivery but product on courier tracking wasn't showing. I contacted C&W for an update. The courier had lost the parcel but C& W promised to resend and refund my extra costs for next day delivery. So polite and helpful solving my problem.

Verified reviewI haven’t yet received my order as it seems to be lost. I have informed them of the lengths I have been to to try and locate which neighbour the parcel was supposedly left with and have had no further response. I even tracked the postman down to see if he remembered where it was delivered to but he didn’t. Gutted 😞

I'm so sorry Royal Mail let us both down on this occasion. Despite the parcel being sent on a Tracked Service, they seem to have lost your goods. I understand from my colleague that we've spoken to you since your review and we've organised a replacement to be sent out to you. Once again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but I hope things have been resolved satisfactorily now. If I can help further or there are any other issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Guy.
