I'm so sorry your parcel arrived damaged and, you're right, it is annoying how much bubblewrap (and extra packaging) we have to use to 'insure' us against the odd clumsy carrier. I've looked into your order and discovered you ordered after we closed on a Friday night and your order was shipped on a Next day service on the following Wednesday. You're right this is a little slower than we would like and is the norm but it was still well within our 5 working days guidelines to cover us in unusually busy periods or when we have unexpected sickness.
