Verified reviewEverything I ordered came in good condition. I did contact customer services as I was concerned an item was missing but I was assured that because it was big, this item had been sent by a different courier. And the next day it arrived. I enjoy going through the catalogue, particularly the sale or reduced items.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your delivery took longer than expected. I've looked into your order and I understand the following happened. Sunday 30th: Order placed. Monday 1st: Dispatched. Tuesday 2nd: Our Carrier sent your parcel to the wrong depot. Wednesday 3rd: Delivered. I'm so sorry our Carrier let us both down on this occasion by sending to the wrong delivery depot. I understand we responded to your email very quickly and arranged a refund on your postage charges. Once again, I'm so sorry your delivery was involved with this very unusual situation. If I can help further, please let me know. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewBought a sale item online. Dispatch was fast, but let down by the courier (Evri) who failed to deliver on first attempt. Customer serve at Cowling and Wilcox was first rate as they tried to sort out the courier's mess. Highly recommend.
