Verified reviewHave had no trouble with company before now, however the packaging containing the mounting board was very poor. It arrived with one side split open and all the boards have suffered some form of damage in one corner. Received a package from one of your competitors, strong and well constructed. No damage to the contents! Disappointed that I have had to complain.

Verified reviewI'm unsure to whom the problems relate. Basically there were repeated conflicting reports as to where the parcel was. When delivered the parcel was damaged and was contained in a black plastic bag. When opened the paints were in small white boxes, which were damaged and not sealed. Fortunately I have checked the paint tubes and they are not showing any sign of leakage.
