Verified reviewThe product is pretty good considering the price (I got it on sale). The only really minor problem I had was evri delivering it a bit later but other than that it came in good condition and is fully functional!

Verified reviewTheir use of Evri is a real issue, Royal Mail is better. Haven't used the items as yet, so jury's out

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I know Evri/Hermes had a very bad reputation for some time but things have improved hugely in the past couple of years. It's possible that the service in your area is unusually bad so we'd be happy to use Royal Mail for your orders if you let us know. Kind regards, Guy.

I'm afraid yo say another one of our suppliers also used Evri and that became a drama beyond words, so the use of Evri is not an option

Ok, thanks for letting us know. As I said, once you order with us you can quickly email us and we'll happy to switch you to Royal Mail. Hope this helps.

Verified reviewI am afraid I cannot leave a review when I haven't even received the product. So much for receiving it within 3 to 5 working days. I suggest you use a different courier....they aren't doing you any favours.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your parcel has been delayed. I'm also sorry this has happened to you as we generally have a very good record with our Couriers. I believe you've been in contact with our customer service team who are sending you out a replacement. I hope this is all Ok but please get back in tocuh if you have any other issues. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewWhat really impressed was the service. I ordered in the evening online, then realised I might have made the wrong choice. I called the next morning and spoke to someone who was incredibly helpful, talked me through my options adn gave me good advice. Very happy with the revised order! I'll use you again.
