Verified reviewItems I ordered were in good condition. However packaging cardboard box was completely soaked wet and disintegrated. I was so disappointed with EVRI the way they handled package . I am put off from ordering in future because of company using EVRI for delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry your parcel turned up in such a bad state. It's so infuriating how some of these drivers treat our parcels. However, I can assure this is more down to local drivers than Carriers. Hermes (pre-Evri) had a terrible reputation but since they've changed to Evri things seem to have improved very well. We now rarely get complaints about our Carrier services. If you would really rather use another carrier, please feel free to contact us once you've ordered and we'd be happy to switch to another Carrier, eg. DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, etc. Once again, I'm so sorry you had issues with your delivery. Kind regards, Guy.
