Verified reviewOk site but would benefit from a better selection of gift voucher templates - these are actually quite poor - especially for an arts focused company.

Verified reviewI wanted to but a daylight lamp but it wasn't in stock however customer service went to the trouble of calling me to apologise which was above and beyond expectation. Plus they arranged for the rest of my order to be delivered free of charge as an apology. I wish everyone I shopped with was so lovely. Thank you Cowlings
