Recently, we had a perfect storm of understaffing and tech issues which led to a short period where we were way behind with our shipping targets. We sent out an email directly to all customers affected and I hope you received the email. You'll be pleased to hear we recovered from our issues quite quickly and we're now back to sending out within 24 hours again. I'm also so sorry your phone call wasn't answered. Verified reviewVery poor experience. I ordered the items on the 8th of February, as a Valentine's present. The item didn't arrive until the 19th February. On the website delivery is said to typically take 5 business days... but often no more than 24 hours. As a frequent customer who has spent a lot of money with Cowling and Wilcox I am questioning whether I will continue to purchase from C&W online.

Verified reviewI had asked for specific delivery ranges, and not only wasn't it taken into account, but I also had 1 day's notice that the delivery would happen (15 days later) any time and I couldn't coordinate. thankfully I was able to manage my end, but was disappointed by their service
