Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your goods arrived damaged. I can assure you they left us in good condition but there's the odd driver out there who treat parcels with little or no respect. I understand our customer service team have been in touch with you and we've provided you with a refund for the damaged product and you've decided to switch it out for a smaller workstation. This is a hugely popular easel and we get rave reviews about it. I can assure you it's a very good quality product but if treated with disrespect (like the odd driver) they will unfortunately break. Despatch times are something we work very hard to keep within 24-48 hours so it's awful when we let our customers down. Recently, we had a perfect storm of understaffing and tech issues which led to a short period where we were way behind with our shipping targets.
