Verified reviewThe order has not been delivered yet after 3 weeks of waiting. Although the customer service was very helpful I still don’t have my canvases. The order apparently was replaced and send again to me, nothing so far. Very disappointed at this moment

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays you've experienced with your order, and we understand how frustrating this must be for you. We're grateful for your kind words about our customer service team. I'm so sorry our courier let us both down on this occasion. I've now looked into your order and am pleased to see that it's now finally been delivered over rthe weekend. Can you please confirm this is the case and, once again, accept my apologies for such a drawn out delivery service. Kind regards Guy The Cowling & Wilcox Team

Verified reviewFirstly would say excellent customer service. As ordering online, I needed some further information on the product, which wasn’t clear from the summary/description. The staff member I dealt with over email, was brilliant in sourcing answers - all very timely responses - thank you. The product itself, a Daler Riwney easel was well packaged and arrived without issue. The quality for the price is excellent. Great service and highly recommended!
