Verified reviewWhile delivery was good and items well packaged, I found it difficult to to find the canvases I wanted as they kept showing’out of stock’. I had to compromise which was not ideal. Also my free delivery for over 100 pounds disappeared on checkout when I put in my voucher code. Not a great incentive to return. This time I was buying on a gift voucher.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had issues trying to find in stock canvasses. Recently, we were a bit low on our own brand canvases as we have to buy them in large quantiites from overseas but we've now received a new container of stock so everything is now back in stock. I'm so sorry about the annoying bug we have with our vouchers. It's an issue we're actively fixing but it needs our developers to program this so will take a little while longer. Once again, I apologise for this frustration. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and I'll ask one of our customer service team to refund you your shipping charge and let you know when done.
