Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've looked into your order and can see we sent out your parcel on the second day after you ordered. This would have been sent out on a 48-hour service and so should have been with you on the 5th January as there was a Bank Holiday (New Year's Day) and a weekend in the way. Your parcel arrived on the 6th January so it was a day late. I'm sorry about the inconvenience of this and it's not ideal but, considering the time of year maybe it's not too bad. To help with this, we're about to implement a new process where all orders over a certain amount (for which your order would definitely be included) will be sent out on a Next Day service, ie. once despatched it will be with our customers within 24 hours. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you've had an issue with your delivery. I've looked into this and they seem to have mislaid your parcel. In the busy Xmas/New Year periods, we do get a lot more issues with deliveries as the Carriers take on more inexperienced drivers with crazy deadlines. We use many different Carriers: Royal mail, Evri, DPD, DHL, DX, etc. and I can assure you they all have problems from time to time. It can also be that the Carrier just doesn't like your address which is hugely frustrating for both of us. We're very happy to use other Carriers if you know they understand your area better. Also, in the near future we're looking to implement a system where you can choose the Carrier. If you would be willing to use us again I'd be very happy to send you a discount code for your next order and if you let us know you'd like to use another carrier when you order we'd happily switch for you. Once again, I wholeheartedly apologise for the issues you've faced and hope you can consider using us again. Please respond to this message and I'll happily send you the code.
