Verified reviewIt took some time to navigate the site and order my paints, but I got there in the end. Pleased with the delivery, my package was delivered in good time and condition. I was particularly pleased with the fact you could order colours of paints individually and the choice was quite wide ranging, so I expect I'll be buying from Cowling and Wilcox in the future.

Verified reviewThe shop is great, helpful staff and a good range of products. The website is very tricky. There is an invisible box to tick, next to a box that looks like it is ticked for the T&C's. This led to me re-inputting my address several times because Ithought that this was a problem, which led to my address being autofilled and the wrong postcode being put in which I did not notice. Also, I got a gift, thank you for it, but it wasn't clear that it was a gift and so I kept trying to delete it from my basket. Having said all that, when I notified C&W that the postcode was wrong after a failed delivery attempt this was kindly remedied but it tood 10 days for me to get my paints.

All I can say is that this is very unusual for us and, from memory, we had a few staffing issues at the time (mainly sickness).
