Thank you for taking the time to review us and feedback your issues. To be honest, I'm very disappointed in this. We know how important it is to receive goods in perfect condition which is why we always train our packing team to send out goods in the best, most robust, way possible. For sheets of paper, we always use wide postal tubes or, at least, thick sheets of greyboard to protect them. So, I'm very upset this happened. I'm so sorry! I understand you've been given a full refund for your paper which is the least we could do. If you're willing to use us again, please let me know directly at guy@cowlings.com and I'll send you a 10% off voucher and make sure your goods are well looked after personally.
