Verified reviewI received my package on the specified date however, the packing materials were insufficient to provide protection for the pot of Gesso I had ordered. As a result, when I opened the box I was greeted with a leaked pot that was all over the box, pot & 2 pack of graphite trace paper. All I can say is a little Gesso goes a long way! Maybe Cowling & Wilcox should review how liquids are packaged to avoid spills!

I can assure you we have a very strict policy of sending out goods in a secure, well packaged way as Couriers are severely under pressure and sometimes don't treat the goods with the respect they should. This one definitely slipped through the net and I can only apologise for this. We've looked into who packed your parcel and we'll be reminding them of our processes and retraining them where needed. Verified reviewI ordered and received a product from Cowling & Wilcox that was subsequently damaged in transit. Whilst it was no doubt the fault of the courier and there was an initial response from the company i.e. sending photographs of the damaged goods there has been no further response. Meanwhile I’m in possession of a damaged, overpriced item. Very disappointing transaction.
