Thank you for taking the time to review us and inmforming us of your Carrier issues. I looked into your order and can see we despatched in good time so it's very frustrating to see our Carrier has let us both down. As your order was fro spraypaints, we have to use a Courier rather than Royal Mail and then we're in the hands of your local driver. Normally, things go well but, in your case, they seem to have got very confused which I can only apologise for. Verified reviewGreat products and very helpful customer service but the delivery of my order took too long mainly because DX mismanaged the collection and delivery dates. If cowling and Wilcox sell through Amazon I will use that channel as I have next day delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm glad you like our products and customer service but am very sorry we were both let down by one of our Carriers on this occasion. This is very annoying. I have to say this is fairly unusual but, when it happens, it can be a very frustrating experience. You'll be pleased to hear that we do sell on Amazon but you'll generally find that prices are higher on Amazon than on our website due to their huge fees.
