Verified reviewI am pleased with the table top easel. It is of good quality and size. It will be mainly used while i paint but not tried it for drawing yet. The angles that the easel can be set at gives plenty of options. I like that it can be flat packed away if I need to store it or transport it somewhere. Delivery was on time and the item was nicely wrapped. I would recommend this table top easel for both convenience and to prevent a stiff neck from bending down to see a flatter surface for long periods.

Verified reviewAfter initial disappointment when an envelope malfunction meant my parcel was empty (the pens I had ordered must have slipped out at some point), Cowling and Wilcox were brilliant. Minutes after I wrote to ask them to send the pens again, I got a nice letter apologising and saying they would send the pens immediately and mark for express delivery. They arrived the next day. I would definitely buy from them again. The pens aren't bad either!

Thank yuo for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry you had a less than perfect experience with us. Having looked into your order, we received your order on a Saturday and we despatched 4 working days later on the Thursday. We aim to depatch always within 2 working days so I'm so sorry we didn't achieve this on this occasion. We do normally manage this but sometimes we do fall a little behind. This seems to have happened in this case. As an small explanation (not an excuse), we were still recovering from the May Bank Holiday which always puts us back a bit due to the extra day off. Once again, I do apologise for your experience and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you still have any issues or any other questions. Kind regards, Guy.

Verified reviewI knew Amazon was expensive but didn't realise how much so until I found C&W! Even when not on sale C&W was better value (Unless you have Prime because delivery isn't included here) I can't give 5 stars because the pens took forever to dispatch, but once they were, they were delivered in the given time slot :)
