Verified reviewThis is difficult for me. I respect Cowling & Wilcox as an Artists’ supplier. My order was destroyed by the carrier you use Every. My experiences with Every are that they excel at destroying the image of each brilliant producer or manufacturer who goes to so much trouble and care only to have your wonderful customer service destroyed by an uncaring and incompetent delivery organisation. My experience and subsequent refund was very pleasantly and effectively handled by the Cowling & Wilcox Customer Handling gentleman.

Verified reviewThe box canvases look fine but the packaging was terrible just in flimsy cardboard box that was torn and broken surprisingly the canvases were not damaged, the carriers were apologetic and insisted we examined the contents.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and letting us know about the issues you faced. I'm so sorry your goods didn't turn up in a perfect way. We always send out canvases in a strong cardboard box made to protect them. We tend to have very few issues due to this but if we haven't used sturdy enough packaging we'd really like to see this so we can train up our staff more. Do you, by any chance, still have the packaging which you could take a photo of to send me? Once again, I'm very sorry your goods turned up in a less than perfect way and I'd really like to get to the bottom of this. Kind regards, Guy.

The packaging was badly ripped and had to be taken off in pieces and was put in the bin. The two canvases fortunately were undamaged but the cellophane on one was ripped, I cannot send you a photo on this link, I will send it on a seperate email thank you
