Verified reviewThe canvases i bought were wonderful and of good quality, ivecordered a couple of times. My only gripe was it could take up to a week softer your bought them for them to be processed and dispatched.

However, having looked into your order I can see it took 5 working days to depatch your goods on this occasion. You're right that this is far too long and I sincerely apologise for this. As a way of explanation (not an excuse), we've recently been embedding a new process for despatch to speed things up which has been very successful as we're now back to within 1-2 working days but when you ordered we were right in the middle of the change and trying to catch back up. I hope if you order from us again, you'll see things have improved significantly. Once again, I'm very sorry for the delay in you receiving your goods but I hope you enjoy them. Verified reviewOrdering on the Cowling & Wilcox site was easy. The EVRI delivery service very poor, as I was given the date and time of delivery (between 1900 and 2100 on Friday 5th June). It never arrived and when I contacted EVRI re. its non-arrival, I was told it had gone to the wrong address and was being rerouted. My communications with EVRI were dealt with professionally and politely. My parcel finally arrived on Tuesday 9th June with the cardboard packaging damaged and looking as if it had been opened and re-stuck. Inside, the protective film on one large canvas was torn and one of the smaller canvases pushed inside leaving a slight impression from one corner on the canvas of the larger one. I can however rectify this myself. The delivery driver was polite and pleasant when the parcel finally arrived at my door on Tuesday June 9th. Although I now have my canvases I was not at all happy with the courier service.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry our Courier let us both down on this occasion. We use many carrier services and they all seem to cause us issues from time to time. It seems it's often down to local depot or driver and this is very frustrating for us and, I know, annoying for you. To improve this situation, we're now sending all orders out on a 24 Hour service to improve the speed (and hopefully quality) of our delivery service.
