Having looked into this with my customer service team, I can see that, on this occasion, Evri have kept your delivery at the depot instead of resending it out. I'm so sorry about this and I can assure you that we have issues with all of our Carriers from time to time. I know this doesn't help you at the moment but I can assure you we're doing everything we can to sort this out for you. I've been told they plan to deliver today so hopefully you've now received your items.
