Verified reviewI found it very difficult to actually get on to your site. I gave up, I went back later and persevered. I made my order eventually and I will be using you again, if I manage to get onto the site!!!!!

Verified reviewOrdered a batch of stuff one was in stock but not found in stock they sent me an email informing me. I rang them and was greeted by a friendly voice of Megan who gave me options. I would certainly order art items from Cowling and Wilcox as a customer care is wonderful.

Verified reviewSome of the pens were working well and others not so well. The 0.1 and 0.3 pens were not working as well as they should. So it was a disappointing buy.

Verified reviewI made 2 separate orders and I have to say I was lucky enough to get a huge amount of different types of acrylic paint and range of brands and colours on sale. Delivery was great but I did have an issue with a paint that split during transit. I got in touch and was sent out a replacement straight away and customer service couldn't have been more helpful. I definitely recommend buying from Cowling and Wilcox over other sellers especially as they are art seller specialist.
