Verified reviewMy purchase and delivery went really well but when l bought my easel l didn't realise that l was buying a 'flat pack' which would involve me in laying flat on the floor and wrestling with numerous bits of wood, screws and other hardware. As an OAP with cracked ribs l certainly wouldn't have bought a 'kit' but now that the easel has been built l'm really pleased with it.

Verified reviewCowling and Wilcox generally sends their orders in Jiffy bags, which to me is not strong enough for art supplies like big tubes of paint. I received my recent order with the ink tubes crushed. I wrote a message to the customer service and I haven’t had replies for a few days.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry to hear that your recent order didn't arrive as we'd have both liked. Our customer service team will be in touch very soon to see what they can do to help and our packing team have been reminded to always pack goods in relevant packaging. Once again, I'm sorry your goods didn't arrive in perfect condition. Kind regards, Guy Cowling.

Verified reviewVery helpful when attempting to order paints. Quality is very good.. I wasn't happy with the delivery as my parcel was left in the foyer of the building instead of bringing it to my apartment. Many people have access to this area. Otherwise very happy with my item.
