If I could offer advice to this or other British retailers it is do the simple things well and ensure delivery is trouble free. I give this 4 but not 5 stars because there was a little hiccup with the delivery at the retailers end.

Verified reviewThe delivery hasn’t arrived nearly 2 weeks after order. I understand that this is the fault if the courier but ultimately it’s C and W. Comms have been slow and inconsistent. I worry that the package will arrive damaged because the courier said it had been.

Verified reviewI have made several purchases from Cowling & Wilcox and have always been very pleased with their quality art supplies and competitive prices. They also offer free shipping on orders over £50, which is an added bonus. Orders are normally dispatched within two days, and at most within five days. They use EVRi for delivery, with most parcels arriving the next day or within two to three days. I have been very happy with both the products and the prices. My most recent purchase included an Easel Go Light, which unfortunately turned out to be defective. Chris from Customer Service was extremely helpful and promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived within two days. Overall, I have been very impressed with Cowling & Wilcox and their customer service. I would happily recommend them and will certainly be purchasing more art supplies from them in the future.

I am happy to say the issues were resolved with a good degree of urgency by the customer services team , who were friendly and engaging.
