Verified reviewI have used BSM before now on my previous purchase. Marcus Ladlow from York branch was very informative. He managed to source the colour of the car I wanted from another branch. He kept me updated all the way with a video clip when the car was delivered to branch. Marcus arranged delivery of the car himself and talked through the mechanics when he arrived with the car. He followed up with a courtesy call a week later to see how I was enjoying my new ride. Great customer service
