Verified reviewIncorrect information regarding delivery on the website caused problems for me. It says this is delivered by a two man team to room of choice but it is incorrect. It is just delivered by parcelforce to the doorstep. Customer service were a bit dismissive and disappointing. The furniture is undoubtedly good quality though.

In our Delivery information, we do advise that small items will be delivered with Parcelforce to the front door, and our larger items over 35 kilos will be delivered with BJS, which includes delivery to your room of choice. This information was also provided via email at the time of dispatching your order. We are very sorry for your disappointment and that the delivery did not meet your expectations. It was a mistake on the item listing on your website. It specified that this item would be delivered by BJS.
