On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewLove the product but in particular I would say the customer service is outstanding. The team are extremely responsive, any issues solved (we exchanged a large item with such ease- they came and collected)- they really went above and beyond. Would recommend.

Verified reviewI read an article in a magazine showing tikamoon furniture. I went on to the website and looked around. I spotted a console table and ordered it. It was easy to do, an excellent price and the delivery was quick. Excellent product and I will be looking again. I would recommend tikamoon to my friends

Verified reviewWe love our chairs and they look great in our new dining room. However, we were disappointed with how much plastic was included in the chairs' packaging. We know (as other companies manage) that all of this plastic could be replaced by sustainable alternatives. We were also surprised that tikamoon had so much plastic packaging, given that part of its USP seems to be environmentally and ethically responsible furniture. This is definitely an area with lots of room to improve.
