Verified reviewI have purchased from Tikamoon previously and been very happy, however on this occasion my order for a set of garden chairs was delivered with one chair missing. I have since been told that this chair is now out of stock/production and cannot be replaced so I can either have a refund for the missing chair or a different chair. This is very disappointing as I now have a set of seven chairs rather than eight and I need eight so will probably have to order an odd chair. Not ideal!

Verified reviewGood quality product although delivery time is a quite long. Need to pay attention to the fine print. Some of the wood furniture is not finished and you need to put on varnish or oil yourself. Overall happy with customer service and quality of furniture though.
