On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewExtremely easy delivery and returns. Excellent quality products. I had to return my items, not because they weren’t gorgeous, but they weren’t suitable for our space. Returns were super easy and they got collected from home free of charge. Fills me with confidence to purchase again and again. Thank you Tikamoon!

Verified reviewThe chairs are lovely, were very well packaged and fit perfectly in our dining room. I couldn't believe the extensive trial and return policy, even though we didn't have to make use of it.

Verified reviewOrdering and delivery were flawless. There was an issue with my product, which had a couple of missing pieces, but it was reasonably easy to get hold of customer service to report the issue. Initially, they offered to replace the whole product, and as an alternative they offered a generous cash discount, which was more than sufficient to cover the costs of me replacing the missing parts myself. My impression is that, to meet the massive backlog of orders that all home furniture makers have experience during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a dip in quality controls at Tikamoon, so there is currently some risk to buying from this supplier. Nevertheless, overall I was happy with the resolution to my issue, and I would take the risk to buy from Tikamoon again in the future.

Verified reviewThe product design and build are as advertised. There isn’t a lot of quality choice online yet Tikamoon had lots of options I could have picked. There is a slight bit of damage internally but not reported yet slightly annoyed still. The delivery crew where very nice and helpful yet the first delivery was simply missed without comment.
