Website well presented & easily navigated, right through to the payment screen, the most difficult problem I encountered was choosing the product as everything on the website looks fabulous! Estimated wait time for product was far longer than actual wait for delivery & the guys who delivered were exceptional! They were very polite, kept me informed when they were due to deliver, extremely respectful of my property & handled my product with great care.

Great product but arrived damaged, all the shelves inside had come loose and the nails had scratched big long gauges into it.

Although we decided not to keep what we ordered, as the colour didn't quite match our expectations, we were extremely happy with with the painless returns process.

Great chairs. Delivery was not within the 10 days advertised. Unable to clarify from the delivery notes whether 2 or 4 chairs would be delivered; 4 arrived in 2 boxes, so no problem.
