On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewQuality wood, gorgeous furniture and design. Very pleased. However, with regards to delivery, it would be preferable for the dirty cardboard packaging to be removed before delivery to the choice of room. I wasn’t aware the packaging would not be removed/collected. I will have to prepare the room better next time. Thank you to the delivery drivers for wearing shoe covers.

Verified reviewI like the washbasin unit and the mirror they are very lovely and good quality, but I was disappointed to realise I had to oil them myself so they can be used in a bathroom is an understatement. I spent days to oil them properly as they had lots of shelves and hard to reach places, this delayed the installation considerably. And it’s also not that easy to find that information on the page of the product, if I knew it I would’ve not ordered in the first place and bought furniture that’s oiled and ready to be used.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you are unhappy that the item required oiling. We try and offer alternative versions of our products in oiled Oak or unfinished Teak so that customers have a choice of exactly which finish they put on there if they want this option. We mention if the item is finished or not in the product page but if we are able to welcome you back as a customer in the future, please do not hesitate to call us if you would like to double check anything before hand. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

Verified reviewThe site was fairly straight forward to use. I hated the product and it took a month to get it delivered (in UK).

Verified reviewThe cabinet is lovely and really well made, so worth the wait (6-7 weeks). I have knocked one star off for delivery, only because it took a long time and I could have done with a bit more communication.

Verified reviewBeautiful website, even though I couldn't physically touch the tables, I knew exactly which one was right for us. The thing that attracted us was the companies sustainability statements

Verified reviewLovely product but it was advertised as bedside tables yet both units open the same way so you can't actually get into the cupboard without getting out of bed and walking around the unit. When I raised this with Tikamoon, they just said oh yeah that's just how they come and if you don't want them send them back! Really disappointing and the lack of customer service means I wouldn't buy from them again.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the products and the service provided. Your emails and review have been shown to the design team as they review and improve on our products at regular intervals however unfortunately we can neither confirm if this is a change that will be implemented or when, so our option to return the items as per our 60 day free returns is unfortunately the best solution we can offer in this situation. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

Verified reviewI chose a Tikamoon bathroom unit and wash bowl after seeing my daughters items. I love the teak wood and they had a great choice in different sizes. Found a compact unit for our bathroom and it really is the centre piece of our refurbished bathroom. Arrived really well packaged and the after service was great when I had questions about how best to treat the wood.

Verified reviewVery pleased with the product which is of excellent quality and arrived very well packaged. Delivery date was accurate and we were contacted beforehand to let us know they were on their way. I would have given 5 stars but for the long wait time. I understand that this was due to checks at customs but we waited along time before there was any update.
