Verified reviewDelivery guys didn’t sound too thrilled when asked to remove the packaging and take it with them even though I paid extra for the service. Screws to assemble table not included in box. These had to be shipped separately by the company.
Reply from Tikamoon.co.uk
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the issues during delivery and the missing screws. These are normally stuck to the box and may have been taken away with the packaging. We are very sorry for this and will address with the couriers for ours and their continued improvements. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team
