On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewI ordered a coffee table 19 weeks ago and still have not received it, when I was told the lead time was 8-10 weeks. Customer service has been incredibly vague with updates and generally unhelpful. I’ve no confidence I’ll ever receive my order.

Thank you for your review. We are incredibly sorry for the ongoing issues we are having with Sheesham products and the extra customs documentation they need before passing into the UK from our warehouse in France. We would like to assure you that your order will arrive soon and we are working daily to resolve this issue but we can understand the disappointment and lack of confidence and hope that once the unit does arrive you are happy with it. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team

Verified reviewPrices are way too high for the quality. Quality is not good. My bathroom cabinet drawer won’t close, is always sliding open.

Verified reviewI had many dealings with customer services in relation to my order due to the first one being damaged upon delivery. They were excellent and dealt with it very quickly and kept me very well informed - I can’t fault them and would thoroughly recommend Tikamoon.

Verified reviewThe navigation on the site was very good. The products are easy to see and to picture in your real space. However I am extremlly dissatisfied with the delivery service. Booking a 8h slot of time is not exactly a slot, is booking your whole day. They were not helpful, every time I contacted them was a different person, via wassap. They even closed my opportunity to speak with them when they wrote me at 6am! They do not deliver on weekends unless is convenient for them amd when we agreed that I was receiving the package from 13h, I received a message , again, when their offices were close, that I was receiving my package from 9h to 13h. It was very disappointing

Verified reviewWe took delivery of the Pia light grey marble washbasin a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. We have teamed it up with a black plug and black tap on a vanity unit and think it looks fab.
