On finding the site I was very pleased to see the selection of quality furniture and to find a TV unit which would hold my AVR as most have shelves too shallow.

Verified reviewFrom me ordering back in July and received it in November which I bought the sideboard for my daughter for her new house. I could not fault anything from customer service from the delivery service even them fetching it in the house and making sure it was not damaged in any way they even took pictures of it .I would definitely recommend Tina moon

Verified reviewThe item I bought was a bamboo towel ladder which had received very good reviews on the website. I wanted this to hang our foot towels on….bath mats if you like…as we have a heated rail for towels. Unfortunately my rail has many areas which haven’t been finished properly and are very rough. My husband is going to have to sand these down to avoid catching fingers on them. There is also nothing to finish the top of the uprights so they are going to get dusty, nor anything on the bottom to stop this item scratching floors. It was inexpensive to be fair but not quite what I expected and it has put me off any further purchases from this company as their products and transport costs are quite expensive.

Verified reviewThe product is very nice indeed. Delivery time slower than I expected but nonetheless acceptable. Very well packaged, no chance of accidental damage. I would say somewhat overpriced but very attractive nonetheless.

Verified reviewOK but mostly not of interest. Need all relevant specifications, eg plug hole of basin, to be easy to find, with a warning for UK customers that it is not a UK standard size

Verified reviewthe site is a little obscure on adding that the most units do not come treated or with the necesesary penetrations. Also delivery charged me twice after making a second order on the phone 5 minutes later. a bit strange they couldnt just void and an order and malgamate them together as one. Helpful support though

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that this information about some products being unfinished was not seen on the website. This feedback has been sent to the website team for their improvements. Unfortunately we cannot combine or add items to an order, we would need to cancel it for a full refund so it can be replaced. We are sorry for any disappointent caused. Verified reviewGorgeous shelves, but not cheap. Also delivery was £5.99 but it took almost 4 months to arrive!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the item took quite some time to arrive with you. As sheesham is part of a family of protected species of wood, we require UK customs approval on the sourcing of said wood before we can ship it from us here in France. This sadly does take quite some time to receive and we do apologise for this. We are glad to hear that you like the shelves though and remain on hand should you require anything else in the future. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team
