As your order was made from type of wood which is classified as protected within the UK, we required UK customs consent before shipping the item. Verified reviewI’ve had a really bad experience. I’m really upset and exhausted by it. The furniture was so expensive and there was no acknowledgement of this when it arrived broken. It’s been an almighty faff to get it replaced. I paid for in packaging and now they say I have to package it to get it taken away. We’ve been so busy lately and thought we’d get something amazing and expensive and I’m gutted we’ve spent so much to have all the hassle we have.

Unfortunately when returning an item, the unit will need to be packaged in some way for both the health and safety of the courier team and to reduce risk of damage to the other items in their truck and your home during the collection. They are able to collect and item wrapped or you are welcome to use the new packaging from the replacement unit we have sent to you. We remain on hand should you require any further assistance.
