Verified reviewI received my TV unit and it was beautiful. One thing to flag was it did take 7-8 weeks to receive it. But this seems very common with ordering furniture as I have had similar wait times from other website. The delivery was smooth. I am very happy with the item. Would use Tikamoon again

We believe there have not been any changes with the Syntilor brand of Oil you purchased, besides a redesign of the tin but please be advised it will not be fully waterproof as all finishes can become damaged over time. Verified reviewAbsolutely stunning bathroom vanity - we loved it so much we have bought another one for our other bathroom! The stone top is a gorgeous dark grey/black that looks very expensive. My only criticism/suggestion is the unit could be improved even further with smooth runners for the drawers, they can be quite noisy if opened at nighttime, say. Customer service at Tikkamoon very helpful & friendly - phone was picked up very quickly so no waiting time & they were able to answer all my questions before purchase.

Verified reviewWe ordered 2 Teak Babeth display cabinets that were delivered in undamaged packaging. The quality of these cabinets was appalling with really significant damage to both of them, damage that had obviously occurred before the the cabinets had left the factory. Quality control was zero. indeed one of the cabinets did not even have all its glass windows fitted! We spent a huge amount of time unpacking, checking and then repacking for return. A total waste oof time.

Please note, our units are hand crafted and not machine manufactured and as such there may be slight errors in within the builds and we do apologise for this. In regards to the damage however, these kinds of cracks from impact are not something to have likely arisen due to the production of the items however as advised the images have been shared with our production and transport teams for their continued improvements. Your order has been refunded in full today, please allow 3 working days for it to show back on your bank statement and should you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out.
