Verified reviewI was lucky in that I received good quality products. However, their couriers are abysmal. I am still trying to get compensation for damage done 3 weeks ago to my front door during delivery

We offer DPD drop offs for smaller units due to repeat failures of couriers coming to collect the items and the disappointment this brings our customers, instead you can take it at your own leisure. In regards to chasing for a refund, as we are based in France it can take quite a few days to arrive back here but as soon as we have confirmation from you of the return we are happy to process it as mentioned in our email to you.
