Damit hätte man dem Kunden unnötigen Ärger und Zeitaufwand sowie beiden Seiten die Mühe einer Reklamation und eines erneuten Versands ersparen können.

Verified reviewJ’avais trouver des chaussette à 75€, je pensais que c’était vendu avec les batteries et le chargeur car il y avait marqué pack. À ma surprise j’ai reçu uniquement les chaussettes, j’ai donc commandé les 2 batteries qui sont vendu séparément et qui m’ont été livré sans le chargeur ce qui n’est également pas précisée. J’ai du recommander le chargeur à part et faire au total 3 commandes avec des frais de livraison à chaque fois . Je ne recommande pas

Verified reviewProduct names are not clear. Ended up buying the wrong replacement batteries (ones without Bluetooth). In a list its clear but not if you search for the lowest priced item that seems to do the job, then it is easy to select the wrong ones. I also could not imagine that adding Bluetooth to the battery units would cost so much more, thought they all had that capability.
