Review Summary

Therm-ic is often praised for products that feel easy to use in real life, with warm socks, gloves and batteries that keep feet dry and comfortable. Some customers also mention quick delivery and clear communication, while a few had to manage Bluetooth pairing or read the instructions more carefully than expected.

The recurring feedback points to good build quality, comfortable fit and practical features such as Bluetooth control and long battery life. At the same time, delivery problems come up repeatedly, including late shipments, wrong drop-off points, cancellations and missing items. A few customers also report unhelpful customer service, batteries that would not charge, and a glove or app connection issue.

I'm super satisfied with their service. I made a mistake and requested an exchange, they replied immediately and directed me to start the process. Once my return reached them they immediately sent me the new product with no fee.

2nd cable to break. They are not fit for purpose. They then charge 25€ for the cable. The heated sole is brilliant shame about the charging cable.

Je suis contente que le service client ai pu me proposer cette solution d'achat en ligne avec remise en tant que professionnelle. Le laps de temps entre la validation de la commande et sa livraison a vraiment été minime.
