Only one glove works the other one doesn’t charge. I wrote to Thermic to tell them and to ask for a return label. So far, no response. They also failed to respond to a previous email. The instructions on how to use the jacket were not very helpful and I had to use you tube to find a video. Pity because I think the products themselves are good.
