Verified reviewI was surprised that my younger daughter was given a longer set of skis than myself and my older daughter when the younger daughter is shorter and a less experienced skier than myself and my older daughter. I wished I had noticed that sooner. She struggled all four days of skiing.

Verified reviewSkis were ready after 6pm day before or morning of rental period - this is a little later than my experience in other shops (usually after 4:30pm). The skis set aside for me were not in the same category I had reserved however these were quickly changed for something closer to my expectation. They did provide a few options when asked. Skis were a new model and in good condition. Good value when bought with online discount.

Verified reviewVery friendly, helpful service. Absolutely no problem at all when some of the group needed to change their skis. The only reason not given 5 is that we gave all our info up front, hight weight etc but were asked it again whilst fitting skis. Maybe the team could print off this info in readiness so we don’t have to say our weight publicly. Some people uncomfortable doing this.
