Very poor service all round. I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks since th return was delivered back to Netatmo. They are so slow at responding to emails and their online chat don't help you at all. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again....be warned!

Netatmo service was great but their chosen shipping company, DHL, messed up the delivery completely. I had notifications from DHL that the package went to Germany & Switzerland before finally making it to the U.K. much later than promised.

Verified reviewRadiator valves come without fixtures for British radiators. You then have to buy some small plastic rings for £15 from netatmo. Clearly they could include them but choose not to in order to sell you some extortionately priced pieces of plastic

Verified reviewDuring the shipment process the company forgotten to attach the invoice to the packaging, so it was held at French Border Control and sent back to Netatmo. Now, 1 month and 2 days after me paying for the order, they still have not sorted it out and I still don't have neither the thermostat nor the money. Customer service does not exist at Netatmo, as it takes about a full week (!!!) to respond to my emails, and there is no phone number to reach them via phone. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Verified reviewI ordered the cam on 27Nov but still not received it on 25Dec. CS shipped it twice but DHL returned both. CS said will investigate with carrier which in DHL. No reply for a week again and I chased for update. No investigation result CS just simply ask me to refund. Horrible CS experience and when can I get my items ???????????
