Very poor service all round. I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks since th return was delivered back to Netatmo. They are so slow at responding to emails and their online chat don't help you at all. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again....be warned!

Netatmo service was great but their chosen shipping company, DHL, messed up the delivery completely. I had notifications from DHL that the package went to Germany & Switzerland before finally making it to the U.K. much later than promised.

Verified reviewPoor opinion. I ordered online. The goods were dispatched and I had a delivery date. Without informing me, Netatmo recalled the package. It was only when I chased it up was I informed. Eventually it was re-sent, but after the deadline delivery date I gave them. Absolute incompetent outfit. OK, maybe I was unlucky but that is how my experience went.

Verified reviewHave to give 1 star (no option for zero) as the items I ordered which were showing in stock at time of order have yet to arrive after over 4 weeks. Items ordered from the USA after that have arrived safely so no blaming it on shipping delays.

Verified reviewVery Good. The delivered product was faulty, however it was promptly diagnosed and replaced. The mark of good customer service is how do they handle things when they go awry, on this showing, very well. I was talked through the diagnosis, and as soon as it was clear the item was faulty, a new one was ordered and a returns label sent to me.

Verified reviewReceived a faulty product. The guy in tech support was very helpful confirming the device was faulty and organising a code so that I could order a new product. However it has not been 6 weeks since ordering and I still have not received the product. This is my first experience with Netatmo and would not order again based on this experience. Never had any such issues with other smart home/tech products from other companies.

Verified reviewIf you live in Aust, nightmare. They don’t sell the outdoor module in Aust, but then refuse to allow us to order online and ship to Aust. I had to go through (and pay) a mail redirection service to get it to Aust! If you don’t sell it in Aust, DONT then block us ordering it online!
