Very poor service all round. I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks since th return was delivered back to Netatmo. They are so slow at responding to emails and their online chat don't help you at all. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again....be warned!

Netatmo service was great but their chosen shipping company, DHL, messed up the delivery completely. I had notifications from DHL that the package went to Germany & Switzerland before finally making it to the U.K. much later than promised.

Verified reviewGot the product, professional installer, does not work properly. No response from support, 6 days and counting. Netatmo and Legrand CEO's not interested either. No response tomorrow and it'll all go back.

Verified reviewI’m happy with the service I get from Netatmo. Sometimes they surprise me with how quickly a product reaches my door. And in the past when I have had a technical issue, Netatmo of resolved the problem very quickly.

Verified reviewGot a text saying it had been delivered when in fact it hadn’t and I was in all day. But for the picture the courier sent me to show where it was left I would never of known. Finished up walking around the roads to find it from the picture outside somebody else’s house. When I eventually found it, it was my correct address on the parcel so the courier driver must of been incapable of reading….. change your courier they are poor and let you down. As for my temperature sensor it works perfectly.
