Very poor service all round. I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks since th return was delivered back to Netatmo. They are so slow at responding to emails and their online chat don't help you at all. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again....be warned!

Netatmo service was great but their chosen shipping company, DHL, messed up the delivery completely. I had notifications from DHL that the package went to Germany & Switzerland before finally making it to the U.K. much later than promised.

Verified reviewThe Netatmo website is excellent. It is clear and easy to navigate. Netatmo’s customer service is also better than I have had anywhere else. Giada who assisted me in replacing a faulty module was very good, and as an apology sent me a Netatmo power bank, mug, and stationary set! The delivery of my order was unbelievably fast, and overall I am very happy with what I ordered.

Verified reviewNetatmo’s carrier DHL lost my parcel and now Netatmo says they need to carry out another investigation. I am expecting a replacement order. I am really not happy with the experience.

Verified reviewFollowing your advice replaced SD card. Still not working, contacted your helpline still waiting for response. In the meantime been back to original supplier who have offered to replace once in stock. We have to refit at our own expense.
