NO the matter has not been resolved to our satisfaction. we use contract manufacturer so they have other customers where they agreed to use those wrong sized boxes, but we, your buyer/customer had to shop our products overseas without boxes and that might result in goods/containers getting damaged, soiled, etc. on the way and at the ports plus the damage to our image and presentation .....
