Absolutely hopeless waste of time. Invoice states in English, free shipping, delivery address states my address and destination country on another specific line. Then in French says customer collects from their wharehouse!

OK. Well maybe you should try buying something on your website and see just how misleading it is in English. I asked for the amount to be refunded to my credit card. The agent said the credit note was done, however a credit note is not a refund. Or is this another translation problem?
