It appears that the order was not delivered on a pallet, as it was dispatched from our warehouse, which led to the missing item. We're grateful you brought this to our attention, as we would not have known otherwise that the delivery deviated from our agreed process. We’ve since escalated this with our Delivery Partners for investigation. I also apologise for overlooking your request to delay the replacement delivery. In our eagerness to resolve the issue promptly, we missed that detail — and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this caused. At present, independent tracking is only available for smaller, domestic shipments. However, we’re always happy to contact the Delivery Partners on your behalf to request delivery updates or arrange for you to receive a call with an ETA when you are next on the route.
