Verified reviewThe refurbished Iron arrived well packaged and looked immaculate which was really nice. It works as expected and does exactly what I was expecting, the only reason for four stars is that you cannot stand the iron on the ironing board whilst ironing so to move a shirt or pair of trousers you have to return it to its base station. This doesn't sound like an issue but personally I find it quite frustrating when using and certainly would put me of repurchasing or recommending.

Verified reviewI have watched polti products being advertised on shopping channels and have always been impressed with them I bought the polti vaporetta 65 after seeing it on the main polti website at a really good price, and much cheaper than other outlets. I have tried it out, on my shower but didn’t put enough water in. Have now realised how much to put in so should be better next time I use it. I like the fact that it is natural and I don’t have to use chemical products.

The website was straightforward to use, the order process was easy, delivery was excellent and the Vaporetto Pro 95 arrived promptly and well packaged. My only criticism relates to Polti’s website terms and conditions, which appear to be significantly out of date. They are dated 2014 and still contain references to legislation and consumer information that have since changed. For a company selling directly to UK consumers, I think these should be reviewed and updated so that customers are given clear and current information about their rights. This did not affect my order, which was handled very well, but it does detract slightly from an otherwise excellent purchasing experience.

Verified reviewI was delighted to find this refurbished Polti Vaporella Simply VS20.20 on the Polti site at only £59, which was considerably cheaper than the £85 the same model was being sold elsewhere. The order was easy to make and was delivered on time. However, the water tank is extremely difficult to remove without a great deal of effort. I don't know whether this is because it's refurbished but I can't face the thought of having to return it under guarantee so I am struggling on with it. Such a shame as it's otherwise a nice light iron with a good steam generator.

Verified reviewI previously had a polti steamer but it was damaged in a house flood.I loved it so much and it cut cleaning time in half. It took me a while to replace it but I am delighted and it's so easy to use.
