Verified reviewLove this bit of kit it is so useful and all the attachments are carried with it in the tray underneath the house is really clean after a good steam and it’s great for things like Christmas decorations and fake plants. I have bought many over the years and I like one with the powerful steam. This one seems to be the best yet.

Verified reviewThe Polti website is easy to navigate. Evri is a fantastic delivery service. My steamer was delivered with a smile and earlier than expected. It had been carefully looked after on its journey to me. My problem was I was unable to register my product. I spent 3 weeks trying to find out how to upload a document onto the registration form. (This was mandatory) Then I spent 1 week trying to contact Polti customer Service by phone. Each time I phoned there was no one available who could take my call. Now the 30 day time limit has run out and I do not have the 10 year guarantee. I received 2 free samples of Kalstop which is now white. But I have some phials of Kalstop anti limescale PAEU0094 which I have left over from my previous Polti Vaporetto which I purchased in 2022.These are brown and not white but they have the same code as the new white ones. Can I use these brown ones in my new machine? I cannot find the answer to this on any of the Polti websites.
